Newspaper Article: Thaksin to quit, ST pg1, 5/4/2006 Third Day

What the!?Prime Minister Thaksin announced that he would be resigning right after he shows signs of wining.He gives the reason that this year is an auspicious year for the King, whose 60th anniversary on the throne is just 60 days away. He will continue to be the temporary prime minister until a new minister is elected. I think he feels discouraged as the votes ffor him dropped a lot since last year.He also says that he will remain a Member of Parliament and the Thai Pak Thai party leader.
I hope the new minister will not fail the Thailand people.

Thaksin said that he has won 57 per cent of the 28 million votes cast. I can see he wants to compromise with the other "opponents" but they did not show any signs of doing the same.More than 16 million votes Thaksin claimed fell a long way short of the 19 million people who gave him a landslide election win just one year earlier. He looks like he is going to win. Of all the status, he shows great signs of winning.Please wait for my 5 Day Wonder(3)!

I think this is one of the reasons why we,teenages, need to read newspaper.Such an important event is going on and i know about this only when i was doing this article!This is a very important event that we must keep ourselves informed about.
When i went to search online at yahoo, the first one says,"Singapore warns bloggers against political postings".Also peple will be prosecuted if they do political posting.This shows that this event is really IMPORTANT!
This event also only ccures once five years.Althought i am not really intrested, when i should be, i still hope to be able to read on about this election.

I think that we should have word games every week because we can both learn and play at the same time. I think everybody will enjoy english lesson even more.

We can relive stress as we are always facing nothing but worksheets everyday.I cannot concentrate as i get bored.We also can learn more english words from this game,scrabble.

I hope that we will be able to play more of these types of game.

Newspaper Article: Let's talk about SEX video,ST,Home Pg9. 27/2/2006

This talks about how the author feels about the sex video. He says that if the girl feels ashamed, the one who sreads the video should even feel more ashamed! He says that sex is a private matter and that it should not be stored in devices and showing it to other people. It is important to make a stand, says the author.

I feel that those girls should not have done IT. The man is also irresponsible as he had sex with THREE girls. I completely agree to what the author said. I wonder what those girls gain from it. I hope they will not do this again.

I feel that the baby, Sage , is very poor thing.I pity him. I think that someone from his family has this disorder before. I hope that the docters can find a cure. Better still, I hope it will not affect his life. I hope he will get well soon!
